We utilize Google Checkout and PayPal, so you can rest assured that your payment information will be kept safe and secure. We also accept Money Orders or Cashier's Checks. What is your return policy?
All items must be returned within 7 days after the buyer receives it. The item must be returned in its original container or packaging materials. The buyer must first e-mail us at [email protected] explaining their issue(s) with the item before a return is accepted. Once a return is accepted, all refunds will be given as money back. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
What happens if I never received my item or it got lost or damaged in the mail?
We've got you covered! All of our items are shipped using delivery confirmation and tracking. We'll cover your purchase price in the event your item got lost or damaged in the mail. Also, and VERY IMPORTANT...If you use Google Checkout or PayPal, make sure your shipping address is your CURRENT one, and that it is confirmed by Google Checkout and/or PayPal. This will ensure that you receive your item.
